Product Warranty and Afte Sale Services

Warranty:

For all the products purchased from our website (acutebazar.com), the warranty will only be applicable to products where warranty period is specifically mentioned in product description.

In case nothing is mentioned about the product warranty in product description, that clearly means that product does not come with warranty.

For the products, which come with accessories, only the main machine will be covered under warranty. None of the accessory comes with warranty.

If you need to claim warranty, please contact us. We shall check in our record and confirm if warranty period is not yet over since your purchase and let you know the further process to send the product to us.

When the product is sent to us for warranty claim or maintenance service, the two ways shipping charges shall be paid by customer.

After Sale Service:

If the product you purchased is not covered under warranty, or warranty period is over, still you can send the product to us for necessary repair or maintenance service which will obviously be a paid service. Please contact us first before sending products to us.

It can not be confirmed how many days it will take to get your product repaired, as it depends on many factors including the availability of parts from the manufacturer and an able resource to deal with particular product.
